Cookie Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This site is built to work without tracking anyone. We do not use remote Google Fonts, we do not load advertising pixels and we do not set profiling cookies. Below you will find exactly what is saved on your device and why.
1. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files that a site saves on your device. Similar technologies, such as the browser's local storage (localStorage e sessionStorage), do a similar job. For simplicity, on this page we call all of these technologies "cookies".
2. What this site saves
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
brg-consent-v1 | Local storage — necessary | Remembers the choice you made on the cookie banner, so we do not ask again on every visit. | Until you delete it |
brg-lang | Local storage — necessary | Remembers whether you prefer the site in Italian or English. | Until you delete it |
brg-hop | Session storage — necessary | Stops automatic language detection from redirecting you more than once. | Until the browser tab is closed |
These items are technical and necessary: under Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code they do not require consent, they contain no identifying data and are not sent to anyone.
3. External content (only with your consent)
The Contact page can show a map from Google Maps. The map is not loaded until you allow it: only after your consent does the browser connect to Google's servers, which may set their own cookies and process your IP address under Google's privacy policy. If you prefer not to load it, the "Open in Google Maps" button takes you to the address without embedding anything in this page.
4. Statistics cookies
No statistics tool is active at the moment. The category is in the banner because, if we turn one on in the future, it will run only after explicit consent and this page will be updated.
5. How to change your choices
You can review or withdraw your consent at any time by clicking "Cookie preferences" in the footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing already carried out.
6. Managing cookies in your browser
You can also block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Turning off the necessary items may stop the site from working properly.
7. Controller and contacts
